Propolis comes from resin that is seeped by tree bark and buds, which bees gather and mix with wax. The bees use propolis as a lining to create sterile cells for the upcoming brood. Propolis is natures antiseptic marvel. Eating propolis daily in small doses can help strengthen the immune system against bacteria, fungi, and viruses, (Flu).
