Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, and must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, with all original materials included.

The customer must provide valid proof of purchase, including but not limited to a receipt or order confirmation, as a condition of any return request.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in the denial of the return.

Process for returning items:

To initiate a return, the customer must first contact us at sales@moonsgoldapiary.com to obtain prior written authorization.

Upon approval of the return request, the customer will be provided with a return shipping label and specific instructions regarding the method and location for returning the item. The customer is required to follow all provided instructions.

Returns submitted without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

How long does a return take?

Once we receive the returned items, we will initiate the refund within two business days.

Damages and issues

Upon receipt of your order, you are responsible for inspecting all items promptly. In the event that any product arrives damaged, you must document the condition by taking clear photographs of each affected item at the time of delivery.

You must contact us without undue delay and provide the required photographic evidence so that we may assess the extent of the damage and identify the impacted items.

Subject to verification, refunds will be issued solely for items determined to be damaged upon delivery.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return. This includes products that are damaged after delivery (such as broken glass) or items that have been partially consumed.

For health and safety reasons, personal care products (including skincare and beauty items) cannot be returned if the seal has been broken or the product has been used in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you originally received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be inspected to verify compliance with our return eligibility requirements. You will be notified once the inspection has been completed and informed whether the refund has been approved or denied.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for your financial institution or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
