Moon’s Gold Creamed Honey – Raw Wildflower Honey, Smooth & Spreadable

Moon’s Gold Creamed Honey is made from our raw, natural wildflower honey, carefully harvested and gently handled to preserve its natural enzymes, flavor, and aroma. Using a controlled crystallization process, we transform liquid honey into a smooth, creamy, and spreadable honey without overheating or altering its natural qualities.

During this process, the honey is slowly whipped and cooled to guide crystal formation into extremely fine, uniform crystals. This prevents the gritty texture common in naturally crystallized honey and creates a rich, silky consistency that spreads easily straight from the jar. The result is a naturally creamed honey with a luxurious mouthfeel and stable texture.

Once the honey reaches its ideal consistency, we blend in real fruit and select ingredients to create subtle, well-balanced flavors that enhance the honey without overpowering its natural sweetness.

Creamed honey is incredibly versatile. Use it as a spread for toast, bagels, biscuits, scones, and pastries, spoon it over pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, or yogurt, or pair it with cheese and charcuterie boards.
